SCIENTIFIC OPINIONS ON THE PATTERSON GIMLIN FILM GALLERY |

The following scientists/academics have studied the Patterson/Gimlin film and have provided a report on their findings. The general consensus is that the film is either real or probably real (shows a natural creature), is real if a certain condition is resolved, or cannot be shown to be a hoax. What this all boils down to is that these professionals could not find anything in the film that indicated it shows a fabricated creature. Although that does not confirm the contrary, it definitely leans in that direction. For anyone who has not intently studied the film to simply say it is a hoax is absurd.
